CTE College Credit
what is cte college credit?!
The CTE College Credit Program awards FREE college credit for high school classes.
The goal of this new system is to prepare students to earn postsecondary credential in less time and at lower cost. CTE College Credit is free and is awarded to students who:
- complete the CTE course sequence with a grade-point average of 3.0 or higher
- pass the state end-of-program technical assessment for the program
- pass the Workplace Readiness Assessment for employability skills
Once you have completed the above items you will then choose the college that you would like to receive this credit from and then apply for the CTE College Credit from that particular college. Specific information can be found on each of the college's websites, links below.

This Career Cluster is focused on planning, managing, and providing therapeutic services, diagnostic services, health informatics, support services, and biotechnology research and development. The purpose of this program is to prepare students for postsecondary education and employment in the Medical Assisting industry. This Career Pathway falls under the Therapeutic Services.
